Privacy notice
Public calculations run locally. Sharing calculator context or chat text is optional and separate from explicitly sending an enquiry.
Calculator inputs
Everything you enter in a calculator is processed in your browser. Your numbers are copied into the page address (the query string) so you can share or bookmark a result; anyone you send that link to can see them. The chosen query values may be visible in a shared URL or ordinary hosting logs. Do not put names, credentials or account numbers in a calculator link.
Contact and lead forms
When you submit a form we receive your name, email, optional phone number, message, the public source page, a referring page with its query removed and the five supported campaign tags and, only if you tick the box, the calculator numbers you chose to include. Accepted enquiries are stored in MITEY’s owned enquiry system on Cloudflare and an internal operational alert is delivered through Resend. No automatic customer email is sent. We use it to answer you and to follow up on your request. We don't sell it. We share it with a mortgage professional only if you ask us to.
Ask Mitey
Educational chat begins only after you accept its notice. Your question and bounded conversation are sent server-side to the AI processing service. The helper cannot see calculator values or private records and has no account or application actions. Chatting does not create an enquiry. A request for contact has separate consent and independent, initially unchecked choices to share complete chat messages and a calculator summary, with an exact preview.
Saved scenarios
If you save a scenario, its name and numbers are stored in your own browser (local storage) so you can reopen it later. They never reach us; clearing your browser data deletes them.
Hosting, fonts and logs
The site is hosted by Lovable with Cloudflare in front; they keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don't run advertising trackers.

MITEY is the public brand. Email hello@mitey.ca or write to Under 101M, Unit 101, 7710 5 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The incorporated operator and postal code remain unconfirmed; contact us for clarification. Provider processing may take place outside your jurisdiction. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been published; request access, correction or deletion separately from clearing local plans.
